install change-startup and start menu shortcuts

hi, I am running nextpvr on a windows 10 (x64) with multiple users accounts. 
one user account with admin rights and the others as standard users.
after installing the standard users do not see nextpvr in start menu and nextpvr tray is not loaded as they are located under the admin users account (xxx).
 
I move :
NextPVR Tray shortcut

• from C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
  
• To -C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
  

NextPVR Client and NextPVR Web App shortcuts

• from C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
  
• To - C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
  

this makes the shortcut available to all users.

thus the wish is for this to be reflected during install.
