Your signal strength is abnormally high for clear QAM. Do you have a booster or signal amplifier? This can actually be a source of a problem.

No, nothing. Just recently bought this PC from Dell. Still learning windows 10. Old PC hard drive crapped out.

Now since this morning I'm noticing that now when I start Nextpvr its for the 1st 5 to maybe 10 minutes it freezes up. But it seems to clear up after that & works fine.
