Sorry to kick this very old topic, but I have exactly the same error. I tried different versions of ffdecsa.dll in the NPVR-folder, but still keep getting the info-message 'Unable to find ffdecsa.dl'.
According to the last posts, I suppose a working version has been posted here. Unfortunately, there's no link (anymore).
Is there any place I can get that working version?
