That's not going to work with NextPVR I already gave you the parameters you need to test with yours don't look complete either.

It won't matter if it is ffplay or ffmpeg but I am asking for ffplay now.

I am thinking you need to spell out "audio=Digital Audio Interface (USB Digital Audio)"
