hi, i would like to give more information with kodi and nextpvr debugs logs but
I can no longer connect to the local host

If you can't connect to NextPVR on your host machine http://127.0.0.1:8866 then it is not a Kodi issue. Once you get that working then you can try Kodi.

- First reboot the PC
- If you can't connect to that URL check

Start-> Services find "NextPVR Service" to see if it says running. If it isn't right click it and click Start.

If it is running check to make sure that any firewall, VPN or antivirus make sure they allow access to NextPVR on TCPIP on port 8866

Please provide some more information so that we can help you.  Please describe the machine that is running NextPVR server and also describe what you are doing to connect to the server service using the NextPVR Web App and describe the messages tha you see whe you try to use the Web App.  Thank you..

okay, I enter the link, then I immediately find this site is inaccessible, then nothing.
I am under windows

What link?  Which site?  Is this in web browser software? What does nothing look like on screen?
