i done a complete fresh install

- uninstall gb-pvr
- deleted the folder
- cleaning the registry
- rebooting the system
- installing gb-pvr
- setting everything up again
- had a .NET Error Massage when clicking on OK in Config Tool
- setting up the rest (the error didnt came again)
- starting the software
- schedule a record

gb-pvr crashed again ...

i`m trying now to reinstall .NET Frameworks ... Maybe it helps ...

Everything looks ok except for the one line I've highlighted below, but I'm not sure why you're getting this.

14:34:31.921 VERBOSE Received EC_ERRORABORT

You could possible try changing your preferred Intevideo decoders to something else to test if it makes any difference.

In my experience, randomly reinstalling everything at the first sign of trouble usually doesnt help get the problem fixed. Some times you get lucky and it deletes the setting that you've changed which breaks things for you, but there is nothing to stop you going changing that same setting again in the future.

From the logs you sent me, something went wrong with trying to view the transcode status of a recording you have deleted. I've changed the code so this will no longer be a problem, but I'm curious how you got in this state in the first place. Is it possible the gbpvr.mdb file you have been restoring is from v0.94.8, which had a bug in this area?

It would have been relatively easy for you to manually correct this issue, but its too late now since you've reinstalled.

Go back to the backup to your old install. I'll send back your gbpvr.mdb file you sent me, with the one offending record removed.

Sub,

I just noticed that the GBPVR process is not running at a high priority even though I have it set in the config.xml file.

I just double checked and it's sitting at normal. The xml tag is set to true, is that correct?
