Alternate Pluto TV extra.

This update changes the logic slightly and automaps XMLTV and Schedules Direct specifically USA-PLUTOTV-DEFAULT

The instructions are the same original post but if you have "Schedules Direct [Pluto TV (USA-PLUTOTV-DEFAULT)]" group in your list of EPG Source all the channels that Pluto identify as known to TMS (source for SD) may be auto mapped if possible.

I say "may" because auto map doesn't match all of them.

It should be noted, at this time, that not only are the SD listings incomplete, many have very dated channel numbers which have changed from then to now. I have let SD know about this and hopefully they will get it straightened.

I decided I didn't like my two extra file solution, so I updated post #1 with a new script which will auto map XMLTV and Schedules Direct on the install step.

Be carefully using auto map XMLTV as it will overwrite Schedules Direct values.
