Custom NPVR image with ffmpeg, ccextractor, handbrake, comskip, etc.

I've been creating custom NPVR images with additional tools compiled in for the last 6 months or so.  Finally put this in its own thread.

• NextPVR latest 
  
• ffmpeg 5.x with mp3lame, fdk_aac, vaapi, Netflix's VMAF quality library, svt-av1 and av1 codec
  
• ccextractor latest
  
• comskip latest
  
• comchap & comcut latest
  
• handbrake-cli 1.5.x with --enable-x265 --enable-qsv --enable-vce --enable-fdk-aac
  
• Subtitle sync tool [/font]https://github.com/smacke/ffsubsync[/font][/color]
  
• For fun, including youtube-dl and yt-dlp.

I am trying to run this docker image on LibreElec. It is working well for me in recording, but I am having trouble with Comskip.

When I try to invoke it from the shell I get : "comskip: error while loading shared libraries: libargtable2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Am I doing something wrong? Can I invoke comskip as part of postprocessing?

I haven't run Comskip recently so it is possible that something has broken.
Can you try the following image and see if that fixes the issue for you?

Ok that helps, I can now invoke comskip.

Next question is how do I invoke this after recording?

On my windows machine, I simply invoke it by PostProcessing.bat ... do I use a .bat file ? Or does it need to be a .sh file?

Yes, you will need PostProcessing.sh in your config/scripts directory

Post/ParallelProcess.sh need to be in /config/scripts, case sensitive and it needs to be chmod +x

You might want to set up a custom comskip.ini in /config or /config/scripts too.

To elaborate a bit further, anything you want to access including the comskip.ini needs to be in a path accessible from within the Docker container.
When trying out changes to scripts, I find it helpful to exec into the running NPVR container and run the script manually.
