External access using reverse proxy

Hi

Has anyone managed to set up the app to be accessed externally when using a reverse proxy? I've got it working when on the same network but not sure what to use for remote access.

My address is https://pvr.xxxx.com but not sure whether to use https:// in the address etc.

I'm pretty sure the app can only use http at this stage.

A few months back, I created a reverse proxy with nginx for Jellyfin and NextPVR on a Raspberry PI.  I converted that PI to another use, if I find some time, and I still have the SD card, I'll see if I can resurrect the nginx config file for you...

I think the issue is the Android app doesn't accept https protocol
