EPG Update on start up

I'm not sure something may have change since the last time I tested on Docker, maybe sub can confirm this is working in all the docker for 5.1.1 Your use case might cause other users more harm than good I won't be spending any time on it.

Pre startup would be better but I am more worried about randomly powering off a file server. How many people would consider pulling the power on a Windows PC safe. Docker and linux doesn't make it safer.

There is also the issue that clients won't be able to connect to the server in prestartup so if it is a long update we will get other complaints.

i have been running docker powered off my TV USB in both my kids rooms for around a year without any issues, other than for epg. keep flitting back and forth between NPVR and simple iptv on those boxes because of the EPG issues and they have the TVs on most days, so decided to see if there was a better way for EPG with NPVR. My kids are young so to much for them to force epg refresh, and this is also the reason i run docker, so i can have a controlled channel list with only suitable content, and i maxed out possibility of playlists on my PC, as i am already running v4 and v5 side by side to have different channels lists - in my office i have a list with everything linked to v5 on my pc. in my lounge, bedroom and conservatory i have smaller optimized lists with just our fav channels linked to v4 on my PC...
