is there a way on the commadline to get nextpvr to update the epg data ?
beacause pluto.tv only provides 12 hours infos upfront so i need to have some way to tell nextpvr to update the epg frpm commadline on linux.

nscripthelper.dll can be used with dotnet to update the EPG ... https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/nscripthelper

NextPVR can be setup to automagically update the EPG multiple times per day ... https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/Add...#epg-guide

In v 5.1.1 sub is introducing a mechanism to update guide more frequently for one source. If you are using my extra device it is quite simple.

I am surprised you get 12 hours of data though.
