Kodi 19 Matrix - knewc is Uninstalled after Modification

Hi,

Under Kodi 19.0 Matrix, knewc 2.9.4 is automatically uninstalled
during Kodi startup with the error message "Error reading end tag.".
This happens whenever the addon.xml file is updated to
uncomment the "extension point" line for automatic startup.

    <!extension  point="xbmc.service" library="default.py"  start="startup">  </extension>

Maybe this is a Kodi 19.0 Matrix bug?
It happens whether knewc is installed via a Repo or via USB.

Its not a huge problem, just inconvenient.

It still works but you have the syntax wrong, you need to remove that leading exclamation mark too.

Sorry, such a simple error on my part ... Duh
