Failed to start requested stream

I have a strange problem, if i want to watch a station via Kodi or browser i get Failed to start requested stream, but if i try to record it works fine with a 5 minute test so far. Any ideas how i can fix this?

Does you configured live buffer exist and is it writeable D:\Users\Public\Videos\

i only changed it from c: to d: to avoid ssd problems thanks a bunch it's working now |
