importing existing TV recordings in Windows 10

I had an issue with nextpvr 5.1.1 & had to uninstall & reinstall. Everything now works fine except that existing TV recordings are not showing in 'recordings'. All new recordings show both in 'recordings' & the Windows TV recordings folder. All previous recordings are listed in the Windows TV recordings folder alongside the new recordings. How do I get the previous recording to show in 'recordings'?

go to the file location on your hard drive and play with vlc
