Pluto TV with VOD

I have updated the Pluto TV Extra with VOD support for NextPVR 5.1.2.  The new VOD feature in NextPVR 5.12. allows you to watch VOD live in the web app but you can also download VOD as recording for later viewing in other NextPVR clients.

In the latest NextPVR release sub kindly added a new API to reload VOD Extras. The script and the wiki have been updated and there is no longer a requirement to restart NextPVR to reload changes.
