After updating to 210711, all of my scheduled show recordings were identified as being in conflict. On further investigation, I realized that the conflict was due to no tuners being available (according to NextPVR). Sure enough, when I checked the Devices web settings page, all of the tuners associated with my WinTV-dualHD were identified as being unavailable.

I have WinTV 10 installed. I can use it to play and record content using the WinTV tuner. The tuner is also identified as being active and working properly in the Windows Device Manager. The NextPVR service is scheduled with a delayed start, so the network services are up and running when it starts. To make sure, I stopped and restarted the service multiple times after the PC has booted. I also reinstalled the WinTV 10 software to make sure drivers were up to date. The Hauppauge tuner is still not being detected by NextPVR.

I've attached logs from the most recent reboot of my system.

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately you stopped and started the server too many times so you don't have any recording attempts. However it does looks like you had a signal issue before the upgrade.

Create recording and send the logs when it fails. Note because of a bug in the current version you cannot create new timers or recordings in Kodi so you will have to do it from the browser.

Sorry about that. I didn't actually attempt to record any media before making my original post. Since the issue seemed to be related to the tuner not being detected at all, I thought errors would be captured in the logs at the tuner detection stage.

New log attached with two recording attempts made at the 7:35pm mark (approximately). Both failed due to no tuners being available.

Regarding the signal issue before the upgrade, I have shows scheduled for recording on my OTA antennae on the CW channel. Based on my location in downtown Toronto south of Bloor Street facing the CN tower, 90% of the time they fail. The failures you are seeing might be related to that...I'll review the logs to confirm.

So recordings aren't failing you can't even schedule a recording

2021-07-13 19:35:01.024 [DEBUG][4] {"stat":"Failed","code":7,"msg":"No tuner is available at the specified time."}

We'd need to see you npvr.db3 (via a link on the cloud eg. GoogleDrive, OneDrive DropBox)

I'll provide a cloud link shortly. I have somehow managed to make it to this point in my internet existence without enabling GoogDrive, OneDrive, DropBox, etc. I'll setup my Office 365 OneDrive account to rectify that.

I managed to resolve the issue. I had a backup of my system disk going back to June 27. I stopped the NextPVR service, overwrote the files in the NextPVR-data folder with the files from the backup, and restarted the service. After doing so, NextPVR is once again able to see the WinTV tuner and all my scheduled recordings are back to pending instead of in conflict.

I should also identify that prior to restoring the backup, I renamed the npvr.db3 file and let NextPVR create a new one. NextPVR didn't find the WinTV tuners when I scanned for new devices. So that was a bust.

I kept a copy of the problematic npvr.db3 file that I can provide just in case you would still like to see it.

If you uploaded the copy together with the new one database we might be able to see the issue.

I've uploaded both db3 files to Google Drive. Here is the link.

Thanks, sub will need to look into, from what I see NextPVR shouldn't be flagging those as not available. On http://localhost:8866/settings.html do you have "Scan devices at startup" enabled?
