Android TV Live Channels

I am a new user and trying to figure out how to get the epg data to show up in Live Channels. It works great on my PC. There I'm using an xml file from zap2it. Any help on how I can make it appear in LC would be greatly appreciated.

Could you just allow PVRLive to support Nextpvr? It did before but there was a disagreement.

You would make my wife happy as we use live channel as I have a nvidia shield 2017 now running android tv 11. She has to jump over to kodi to watch recordings and to have console to work.

You would make my wife happy as we use live channel as I have a nvidia shield 2017 now running android tv 11. She has to jump over to kodi to watch recordings and to have console to work.

It's never going to be something I am interested in adding, since Google have been killing it off. You don't have to use an IPTV app, so you could use Kodi for recordings and Live TV and as Brett mentioned there is uidroid plus sub has an Android client too.

The uidroid works great and fast on my shield the only issue I had it picked up my test Pvr ip and port 8867 so I have to stop the service so it will pick up my production pvr ip which is running on port 8866.

Yes that is a know issue for the few people still running v4 and v5. You can also manually enter the IP and port in settings (long OK).
