scan problem

Installed v5. Seems to work OK (I like the web interface) but scan does not find two important channels (BBC1 and BBC2). Finds 92 other channels. The old version always found them. Finds two HD channels (BBC1 HD and BBC2 HD) but not all the BBc programmes are HD. Can live with this, just about, but am I doing something wrong or is there some setting to fix this?

Thanks, sub. I fixed it quick and dirty for the moment by editing the channel names and numbers so that BBC 1 HD - Channel 101 is BBC ONE - Channel 1 to NPVR. Almost everything is HD except local news, which I never record anyway
