ITV/BBC HD and EPG missing from scan and update

Compro Videomate S350: Gforce GT440:Intel Qual 6600:Nextpvr version 3.9.2 (Yes I know its older but I don't want to tempt fate. At least not until I upgrade the PC later this year.)

Hi, I'm in the UK North West trying to rescan the channels using the 0282 Astra 2E/2F/2G (28.2E) settings with the HD additions but cannot find BBCHD or ITVHD. It locates everything else including channels 4/5/ and a few more in HD.

I've been back through the archives but many, included links are missing.

On checking the frequencies of both BBC and ITV the values are definately included in the 0282 Astra settings but nothing appears on the channel listings during the scan.
If I do a manual scan and put in those same values it still finds nothing.

Also the EPG update using DVB/ATSC get very few hits. (Less than 10 channels.) While freesat flashes up the scan box and then just gives up the ghost.

Sorry if this has already been covered. If it has then a pointer in the right direction would be just as usefull.

Post the logs from the scan, along with the frequency they should be on, and I'll check.

Realistically, you're probably entirely out of luck on 3.9.2 if it's an application bug.

I know, stupid question but which log - NVPR.log/NRecord.log? I'll do another scan tomorrow using the 0282, because I've been messing around with various attempts (frequencies and EPG) so the logs won't reflect a full scan. I'll then post a zip of clean scan.

A scan in v4 and earlier will be in NPVR.log

Re-scan of  0282 Astra. I allowed any found channels, (other than those already existing,) to repopulate the channel list. No ITV or BBC HD found.

What frequency would those channels be on?

It was set on single satellite 0282 Astra 2E/2F/2G 28.2 running though the tuning list starting with:

1=10714,H,22000,56,DVB-S,QPSK
2=10729,V,22000,56,DVB-S,QPSK
3=10744,H,22000,56,DVB-S,QPSK
4=10758,V,22000,56,DVB-S,QPSK
5=10773,H,22000,56,DVB-S,QPSK

etc, etc.

Yep, I get that, but it's a big log file, and I'm not in the UK and don't know what frequencies ITV or BBC HD should be on, so I was wanting you to supply this info so I know where to look in the logs.

From what I understand BBCHD is on
10=10847,V,23000,23,S2,8PSK

and ITVHD on
19=11053,H,23000,34,S2,8PSK
20=11068,V,23000,23,S2,8PSK
22=11097,V,23000,23,S2,8PSK

according to the channel frequency sites?

And I know what you mean about the list, spent hours giving myself headache trying to figure it out. So thank you for your time and effort. It's very much appreciated.

Yet according to the tuning list they are within the first 22.

It seems to find nothing on
