How do I get this to work? When I try to install it, I get the following message:

Can you see your device(s) on http://ipv4-api.hdhomerun.com/discover in a browser? If yes can you click through to the DiscoverURL link that is returned?

If not I suspect a firewall blocking your access.

I have updated post #1 with a fix for that. We don't have ATSC 3.0 in Canada so I don't have a device to use.

I don't think sub ever implemented my suggestion too automap the EPG based on pseudo ATSC channels > 100 that Silicon Dust assign so this script numbers them with the real number. The name will show you which are ATSC 3.0

My recommendation is not use the > 100 channels in NextPVR that NextPVR detects on the HDHR device unless you have a Roku Ultra that can play them. Recordings will need to stay as ts.
