You posted in the Windows forum but you post about your NAS. Are you running Docker?

You didn't indicate what client you are using or where the EPG was showing the "wrong" time.

I'm going to guess that you are using the web client. For that, NextPVR gets the timezone from the web browser that you use. So you need to research how to set your timezone in your browser.

Hi
At the moment I try it on the Windows PC but will move it after test to the Nas under docker
At the moment there are 2 probs
1. With the time zone
2 can't find the npvr packed under docker

Maybe I didn't explain the situation correct..
So
We live in Canada (all units under ADT/AST)
The program that we like to record from Germany.

I try npvr server unit with germen time and web browser unit too
Then npvr on ADT and browser ADT
Npvr ADT browser germen time zone
All of them records are out of time

EPG and stream provider are from France

I'm a bit out why it doesn't records correct timeframes
Thx for input

NextPVR works with UTC so it doesn't care about the timezone. Like Brett said your PC and browser need to be in local time.

Sometimes the timezone in the EPG is not correct so that would need to be checked. Maybe upload your EPG file to OneDrive or GoogleDrive and provide a link and we can have a look. Indicate what show should be on now.

So npvr forces me to change the timezone of my PC/browser of the country where the program comes from ...

Of course not. But you didn't provide the EPG so there's not much more we can do for you.

No, it just requires you to have the timezone set correctly for wherever you are in the world. ie, if you're in Vancouver, you should have your timezone set to Pacific Daylight Time (or whatever it's called there), so that times are displayed correctly.
