Cannot find channels

Upgraded Kodi to 19.1 and WinTV to 10. Could not get NextPVR to work on Kodi so when for fresh install and now NPVR cannot find channels. TV Tuner card is listed on devices but scan comes in with no channels. WinTV 10 had no problems finding channels and works fine.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

It will either be the antenna or the tuning file you are using is wrong. Does it work with WinTV?

I'd agree with Martin. It doesn't look like there is any errors in that log, but it just doesn't find any channels, so I'd be double checking antenna connection etc. Maybe reboot. Maybe try stopping the Hauppauge TV Server service in case it's getting in the way of something.

WinTV works well within Windows Desktop. Much prefer to have local free-to-air TV working within Kodi. I deleted all reference to NextPVR from windows 10 and Kodi and on reboot I tried to download NextPVR addon in Kodi 18.9 but didn't get past first base. First addon attempt came up "Addon couldn't be loaded. An unknown error has occurred. Than when PVR Manager tried to start up, I got the same reply with NextPVR PVR Client.
Because NextPVR won't load, I cannot include log.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

If you've deleted NextPVR, and only installed the Kodi NextPVR addon, of course it's not going to work. You need to have NextPVR installed and configured before the addon will function.

Try again reinstalling NextPVR, and scanning, and post the logs again and I'll take a closer look.

Sorry I missed the step requiring NextPVR to be downloaded first. Done that and I am now back to my original problem. With setup, Devices show my Hauppauge WinTV 885 DVBT Tuner (quad) but when scanning all countries/all regions no TV channels are found. I am in NSW Australia.
Win TV works correctly in Windows Desktop so it is safe to assume aerial connection and tuner card are fine.
Log attached. Again I appreciate any assistance.

What tuning file do you use for WinTV and does WinTV have logs? If so can you can zip them up?

Does it make any difference if you stop the Hauppauge TV Server service before scanning?

If not, try creating a c:\temp directory, and setting HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\NPVR \LogTSFlow=1 (DWORD) in the registry, then scan again, then post your "C:\temp\mon.txt" file.

Stopped WinTV server but made no difference.
I was able to get log zip file for WinTV and is attached.
Will need more help to insert temp file in Windows 10 register. Only a basic type when using computers.

Further to above, I managed to get into Registry Editor and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\NPVR \ but didn't advanced further without your further advice.
