Also (since this isn't the Windows sub-forum) the linux and docker behaviour is much like BTV depending on libhdhomerun. The advantage of Windows BDA is being able to record more than one minor channel (ie 2.1 2.2 2.3) from the same major channel, not sure if this is supported on other platforms.

I noticed that the NPVRtray icon did not load on my other user account on the same computer. It only loads on the account that installed NPVR.

Is there a way to have it load to show status on another accounts through the setting pages (besides adding it manually to your personal Startup folder in Start menu)?

Edit:
Just also noticed the NextPVR Client shortcut is only seen by the user who installed NPVR. Is there a option to install shortcuts for all users on a computer?

P.S.
If needed, feel free to move this thread to the Windows sub-forum since all my questions will be windows related. I don't mind non-windows related tips to continue though.

You can always move those shortcuts yourself, but the tray icon is kind of a different beast. I suppose you could copy the startup for each user you think needs it. I don't bother with it myself but is a good question.
