deleting channels

When I go to settings, devices and update, I only click on 1 or 2 categories but all the categories show up when I go to tv guide. Not sure what I am doing wrong

It is not clear what you mean, but you can't delete by category. Instead you select the categories you want when you import. Is that what you are trying to do?

I only want to import a few categories but I want to delete all the existing channels. I just deleted the device and re-added it and only got one of the categories I clicked

I don't really understand so you will have to wait for sub because I don't use IPTV groups.

I tried it again and it worked this time...hmmmm
