Does it make any difference if you rename the edl file so NextPVR doesn't find the comskip file?

Certainly does!  I still had some delays when accessing a recording for the first time but then everything settled down.

Just heading out for the evening will re-test tomorrow and confirm.

Very many thanks for the prompt response, very much appreciated.

Indeed!  I replaced Unmanaged.dll in the Program Files and the client directories.  Playback is much better.  No audio sync issues and only one instances of LAV audio running at a time.  Excellent!  Cool    My wife and daughter will be very happy.  The sync issues were driving them nuts last night.   Sad

Well, now it's stuttering for several seconds again after each start or jump. The first show that I had tested worked great.  I just tried 2 others, and even renamed the .edl file on the Roadkill episode, to take it out of the equation as martin suggested, but no change.  Sad

I do still only see a single LAV Audio icon, so that's goodness.

Logs attached.

My original 2,3 and 4 seem to be fixed by the new dll file but I am still seeing a delay when I first access a recording after the client is launched.  The pop-up window semi-appears (sort of feint in the background) and then appears properly after several moments.  If, after selecting a recording, I immediately press the down arrow, the pop-up appears straight away and the cursor has moved down from Close to Play.

This morning's logs attached.

So you're talking about the popup, before the video is started?

I'm not sure if there is enough time for you to do it, but if you press a key immediately, does the popup finish updating displaying itself on the screen?

Yes, there is time and it does display immediately on a key press (see my "down arrow" comment).
