Sub might need your database there seems to be two listings for each channel.

So does your guide show every channel twice, and is that how you want it?

I see it is showing - 2 sources, I didn't see channels as I was viewing my HD channel group where I almost always view the guide.  I only have one source for the channels so this seems to be how it got messed up. Do you know the best way for me to fix this?

I think so,

- go to Setting Devices
- open HDHR device 1
- hold ctrl delete all the channels
- repeat for device 2
- open devices 1 and 2 and copy the channels when requested.

Then try and EPG update and if it still fails to update send the logs
