How do I enable Remote access via config.xml

I tried to edit via config.xml like the example below but remote access is not active

<AllowRemoteAPI>Allow</AllowRemoteAPI>

<AllowRemoteAPI>true</AllowRemoteAPI>

How to edit correctly... Please help
