5.2.2.211017 recording playback paused while show ended, ts file disappeared

I was watching the superbowl tonight, about an hour delayed. a/v sync kept going out and i tried restarting playback to keep it somewhat close.   paused playback at the start of fourth quarter, came back and started playing again, but due to audio leading video by a few seconds I stopped payback, exited the app and re-opened it. upon reopening npvr the superbowl recording was gone and in the folder structure only the recording xml file with description remained. closing and reopening npvr a few times did not recover the game

There was a problem like this fixed in the recent past. Update to the current release for the fixed version.

I just went searching and saw this entry in 5.2.3 "Fixed issue that could cause recording to be deleted when watching in progress recording.'" That sounds like the issue.

Just rerun the https://nextpvr.com/NPVRSetup.exe installer and it'll perform and upgrade.

got it, thanks, just updated. Um is there any way to enable the old recordings menu where left and right arrows cycled between ready recordings, whats new, conflicts, recurring, and pending recordings?
this is what my family got used to , hoping there's a hidden config.
