Hard crash on all iOS/iPadOS devices

Hi there, I purchased your Apple TV and iOS apps to support your development.

I’m wondering if you might be updating the iOS apps anytime soon? On all devices, there is just a hard crash.

I literally updated the Apple TV app like 2 days ago. I've not seen any reports of crashes - I had seen reports of people being happy with the changes, so I know that some others are successfully using it.

Does it find the server? Does it connect? What exactly are you doing in the app when it crashed?

I think he posted it was the iOS app that was crashing not tvOS

iOS, tvOS and iPadOS all working well for me like always!  No crashes for me

Thank you for the reply. Yes, the tvOS app is working fine.

On iOS and iPadOS, thé app never even starts. It simply sends me back to the main iPhone or iPad screen. Never any chance to enter any server data.

This is after multiple device reboots. And latest (non-beta) OS.

I'm not really sure what might cause that.

I have got a slightly later version of the iOS app. I could try pushing that out in the next few days to see if it helps?

I too am experiencing a hard crash on the IOS app on both iPhone & iPad as soon as I type anything into search & then click "search"
Been working perfectly for me for a few months now. Might be an IOS update that interfered?
I love app, so please do post your new version so we can test...
