This thread explain how to install the Filmon TV Extra for NextPVR https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid550845

General support questions should be opened in a new thread in the Extras sub forum https://forums.nextpvr.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=64

Once you are ready.

1.  Download and install Streamlink from https://streamlink.github.io/install.html for your platform ensuring you install for all users

2. After installing applications in 2 and 3 you will need to restart the NextPVR server to get the upgraded PATH

3. Unzip the attached into the NextPVR data directory.

4.  Decide whether you are going to use Schedules Direct or XMLTV for you guide source.  Free XMLTV feeds for this service is available but the links can change. For Schedules Direct using I found this "United Kingdom (extended) - Cable" had all the channels.

I recommend installing your source before the next step.

5.  From Settings->Devices selection either extra-filmon or extra-sdnames-filmom which should be in the list, if not  hit the Refresh button and maybe Ctrl-F5

6. Select the channels you want and hit save. Your icons should be downloaded during this stage.

7.  From Settings->Channels->Advanced Tools-> Auto Map  select Extra, you EPG source and use the Names option.

8. Update EPG and you should be good to go.

I have update the filmon addon in post #1 with three additional channels

34 Great! Movies
41 Great! Movies Action
51 Great! Movies Classic

Although the Pluto TV Extra is more popular for North Americans this is more interesting IMO especially if you don't need HD.

The FilmOn API has changed and as a result to use this Extra you will need to use version 3.2.0 of streamlink.

Thanks for this, I've been able to add another couple of channels just in case anyone is interested.

I've listed below as name, source, icon and added a snippet of xml as attachment.

Film 4, https://filmon.com/tv/film-4, https://static.filmon.com/assets/channel...ogo.png?v2
Food Network, https://filmon.com/tv/food-network, https://static.filmon.com/assets/channel...ogo.png?v2
Food Network +1, https://filmon.com/tv/food-network-plus-1, https://static.filmon.com/assets/channel...ogo.png?v2
HGTV, https://filmon.com/tv/hgtv, https://static.filmon.com/assets/channel...ogo.png?v2
Horror Channel, https://filmon.com/tv/horror-channel, https://static.filmon.com/assets/channel...ogo.png?v2

And I found another epg source here, which covers most of the channels : https://iptv-org.github.io/epg/guides/uk...om.epg.xml

(There's also a bigger, Sky one but it's got a lot of redundant stuff in it : https://iptv-org.github.io/epg/guides/uk...om.epg.xml)

Hi, yes, have done so. Apologies, seems it didn't like the .xml extension, so is zipped instead. Hope this helps!

Thanks that works, I will change the channel numbers to match the SD numbers I have been using when I can.

Attached is the updated extra file with the 4 channels @stx added and 2022 Freeview channel numbering.  If you previously installed this it probably would be easiest to remove all channels or channels 26-69 and then import and remap.
