Would like to see the same Genre color selection table that was in version 4. I recall 8 columns wide and at least 6 rows high.

The EPG_GENRE table is the same in V5 as it is in V4 ... The attached is my table from V4 ... The default colour values in NextPVR V4 are ... 00000000 ... I have set colour values for the first three rows as examples.  You should be able to import this into the V5 database ... Copy the database before you attempt the import.

It might be that your best bet is to install a colour picker app ... My google search found several including ... https://annystudio.com/software/colorpicker/ ... https://www.techrepublic.com/article/how...powertoys/ ... https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/free-c...verviewtab#

I know nothing about any of these apps and it is your choice to install and use them.

I suspect that the 6 character values displayed by the colour picker apps are the last six characters of the 8 that NextPVR expects.  It appears that NextPVR requires the first two values to be ... FF ...

Can select colors from a table or color wheel. The problem I have now is that there are "(no show details)" in the Guide. Is this an EPG, Schedules Direct or Script file issue or should I start a new thread?

The w3schools colour picker appears to be a good find ... Start a new thread for the EPG issue.

"No show details" typically means you haven't got Schedules Direct or XMLTV mapped for those channels. In North America that is often leaving the source as ATSC OTA.

It could also be a bad mapping or an SD error. Logs would likely show the actual issue.

Searched the wiki and did multiple searches in forum. Can't find how to obtain a log file. Don't see it5 on the Settings/General page.

This is the wishlist sub-forum ... Please start a new thread in the V5 Support sub-forum ... It might help others to find this thread in later searches of the forum.

Does this help with logs ... https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/get-help

Please tell us the time that you did an EPG Update when you attach the logs ... Thanks.
