EPG problems

All of a sudden, the EPG will not load in the windows version of NextPVR.  No problem getting EPG on other devices/programs. just NextPVR.  I deleted NextPVR and reinstalled, same problem.  Attached are log files.  Any help greatly appreciated.

Are you sure your m3u names map to those xmltv names?

On the Settings->Channels page, what EPG Source is listed next to each your channels? ie XMLTV, or none, or something else?

1. The IPTV provider provides the URL for both the source channels and the EPG. Keep in mind that this is working flawlessly on my other devices using TiviMate, GSE and other IPTV players. In fact, it was working flawless on this Windows computer until just recently. I updated the NextPVR software, then completely removed and reinstalled and still cannot get the EPG to populate.

2. On the NextPVR Settings->Channels page, the EPG Source column says None.

Looks like you need to delete that IPTV tuner channels with the trash can icon (hold the control to see it) and then re-add the two URL's so they can automap properly. You definitely had entered the m3u file URL wrong at one point.

Still no luck.
I deleted NextPVR completely and reinstalled and then copied and pasted M3U URL and EPG URL that I know is working in TiviMate.  Same problem, EPG imports nothing. 
Also, remember that this was working one day and then for no apparent reason - I literally changed nothing - and it stopped.

On the Settings->Channels screen, what is the EPG Source listed next to the channels now? Is it still 'none'?
