Log in to 8866 fails

Can someone help?
I have installed NextPVR and tried to login through admin/password.
But I receive error message "Login failed'.

You can reset your username/password to the default by setting the following in the <WebServer> section of config.xml:

<Username>admin</Username>
<Password>5f4dcc3b5aa765d61d8327deb882cf99</Password>

That is what is in the config.xml. It still does the same thing.

Do you have some script blocker like NoScript or uBlock Origin running? If so you need to disable it for the nextpvr server pages. This bites me often when I install a new test server.

No, I have nothing like that. NPVR is also allowed through the firewall.

Set <LogLevel>VERBOSE</LogLevel> in your config.xml, then restart the server, then try logging in, then stop the service and zip and post the logs.
