Hi @Ranbato - do you have the source available for your Dockerfile? I noticed that QSV wasn't working on my 10th Gen Intel CPU with your image and I had to update the packages and install the intel-media-driver-non-free package in my container to get it working. Obviously doing it in the container is not a proper fix so I'd like to add it to the image if possible.

Sorry, for whatever reason I've stopped getting notifications about this thread. I'll see if I can fix it.
I've pushed a new image with no code changes, just package updates to take advantage of any security fixes. As far as the questions above, spaldo I don't have an NVidia card so I haven't tried it. I have the source available, I need to stick it in a public git repo though. I'll do that this week.

That last image was bad because I failed to update to .NET 6.x (and tested the wrong image!)
The new upload corrects it, sorry for any inconvenience.
Hi Ranbato, just want to pop in and say that I installed your image today and it's working, with Comskip, very nicely indeed. Thank you very much for your work.
I originally had the "official" image from TrueCharts installed on my TrueNas but getting it to trigger Comskip was a non-starter. It was actually as simple as stopping the official version, installing this version with the same parameters, and then it picked up my database, recordings, settings, the lot. A bit of fiddling with PostProcessing.sh and now it's working perfectly. The whole migration from my Windows installation to a Docker installation on my TrueNas was surprisingly painless. Props to the NextPVR guys for one of the best apps on the entire internet. |
