I have no idea what digiguide is. If it can produce standard xmltv files, you should be able to use it's listings in NextPVR.

Digiguide is like a TV guide.
I am using IPTV to get channels. Not to sure how to populate a tv guide with descriptions of channels. ub

I installed digiguide to help another user but I suggest if you are going to pay for an EPG Schedules Direct might be better. The challenge is going to be mapping IPTV.

There is a console app that downloads the xmltv file that you need to figure out. Then you need to be able to run that from a batch file. I recall this wasn't trivial. Sorry I don't remember more than that for configuration.
If you can do that we can help more with mapping Martin

You need to follow the NextPVR wiki https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/Setup-EPG#XMLTV to add the XMLTV filename you will be generating daily and map the channels. IPTV can be quite manual if the names are bad.
After that you will need to update UpdateEPG.bat too include the commands you used to fetch the XMLTV file. All of this would have been avoid if you had chosen Schedules Direct. Martin |
