While in "Settings" -> EPG Sources, Mouse clicking on the blue "Add Lineup" button (see attached Screenshot-01.png) fails with an odd error pop-up Window as shown in Screenshot-02.png.

I am using latest NextPVR v5.2.7 with Windows 10, Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD tuner, and I have a current subscription to Schedules Direct.  My 87 channels are previously scanned and are working.  The lineup parameters shown are correct.  Also, the TV Guide is working using EPG data it acquired from some other non-Schedules Direct source, albeit some of the EPG data is missing from that default source.

I was in the process of trying to get NextPVR to use SD EPG data, and hopefully fill-in the blanks in the TV Guide, when the error occurred.  This error is repeatable, and when it occurs, it changes my OTA "Antenna (32937)" setting back to the default value.  There are no other errors reported by NextPVR that I can find.

Does anyone know how to get the TV Guide to use EGP data from Schedules Direct without encountering the "say undefined" error shown in Screenshot-02.png?

Why are you re-adding the same lineup?

I don't think I am adding the same lineup for 3-reasons:
1. This is the first time I have installed NextPVR v5 on this newly installed Windows 10 computer,
2. This is a new computer to me that I bought used and then installed Win 10 on it after reformatting the hard drive,
3. I got it working with the default EPG without installing (added settings for) Schedules Direct because of the current "say undefined" problem.
However,
1. About 6-montths ago, Microsoft started supporting Win 7 again without notifying me, and those "updates" ruined that computer beyond repair by their own admission. I lost NPVR v4 as a result.
2. I gave up on Windows and tried for months with help from NextPVR Forums to install Linux NextPVR v5 on Debian, Ubuntu, and then Debian again, but all attempts failed to work (scan channels with an output file format that NextPVR would recognize).
3. It seems that Microsoft does not want Ubuntu to work with, or without, PPA (Preferred Package Archive) hardware support, and I know of no "modern" Linux-NextPVR v5 that works.

Therefore, in the last few days, I am forced to use Windows and almost have NextPVR v5 working except for the current "say undefined" problem.

I think, from your question, you have indications that my SD Lineup is already installed. This may be because of my previous Linux-NextPVR install attempts. I noticed that in those early Linux-NextPVR install attempts I could enter Schedules Direct information like SD Username, password .... BEFORE I could get channels scanned. Now (with the Windows version) it seems there is no opportunity in Settings to do this, so I did not, but did get the TV Guide working with some TV Program information missing. Possibly the missing, or partial EPG information is confusing NextPVR into thinking a "Lineup" already exists, and there is no exception handling to cope with it, thus the pop-up window error occurs. Just a guess. I hope this helps to answer your question.

The Schedules Direct lineup is stored online and with SD not in NextPVR. As soon as you add your account it is available you can see it in the list.

The error back from SD confirms that

2022-09-02 17:34:20.746 [DEBUG][203] {"response":"DUPLICATE_LINEUP","code":2100,"serverID":"20141201.web","message":"Lineup already in account.","datetime":"2022-09-02T21:34:20Z"}

Are you using an HDHR?

Also V5 is very stable on Debian and Linux, you have another issue.

You lost me. Maybe I am inducing the pop-up "say undefined" window to pop-up by trying to put in the correct lineup. But my TV Guide has many different problems that I have reason to believe are caused by having a default entry in the lineup that should specify "OTA" but is not. Parts of my TV Guide are blank, some blank on one side of the vertical current timeline while other places are blank on the other side. Some of the program information is correct on one side but not on the other. It is generally messed up with what looks like problems with EPG information.

Also, I don't know any way to change the lineup if I just wanted to change it to Cable TV instead of OTA (Over-The-Air), for example. One other thing about the TV Guide is that it is changing, more towards worse than better as time goes on.

Anyway, if it has nothing to do with the Schedules Direct, how can we troubleshoot the TV Guide problem in general? I am happy to send TV Guide screenshots if you think it will help.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We can see in your screenshot that you already have a lineup called USA-OTA-32937. This the SD code for the "United States" "Antenna" "32937 zip code" lineup you're trying to add.

As Martin pointed out, the lineups associated with your Schedules Direct account, so as soon as NextPVR logs in, that lineup is already there.

I'll check why you're getting 'undefined' instead of the proper SD error message though.

It's probably a lineup issue at the Schedules Direct end, which if reported could be fixed by them.

On the Settings->Channels page, you can click the wrench next to a channel to manually change it's mapping. Maybe try this on a channel which has no listings. From that popup you can select from the channels available in the Schedules Direct lineup. Check that the channels are listed there.

You can add a new lineup just not duplicate one.  I expect the popup is because Nextpvr isn't expecting the error.

What tuner are you adding?

I've made a fix for the next release, so you get the proper "Lineup already in account" error message from Schedules Direct.
