Looking at 169250_8VSB.ts, I can see NextPVR is finding the channels, but the screwy characters are stopping them from being listed:
I'm guessing 655250_256QAM.ts is going to have the same type of problem.
I'll take a look at what is required to get it reading these characters correctly.
