Web app logs?

Hi,
I have just tried to import a recording in v5.2.7 and the app reports nothing imported (it's the first time I needed to do this in v5).  In v4 I could look in the standard logs and see what the problem was but I can't find logs in the web app so I don't know what the issue is.
Any thoughts/suggestions as to how I find the problem will be gratefully received.

nrecord.log is the right log. There are two import formats, the one used by the import is the backup format, the single file one won't work. I'd help you with NextTool but I don't support v5 anymore, there is no point since the NextPVR changes were small.

When I checked the logs straight after the error (around 9:30am), I am sure the latest entry on the log file was 2:00am so perhaps not updated yet?. Is there a way to force an update to the logs?

Running the download logs will flush the logs.
