How Run NScriptHelper.dll windows 11 NextPVR V6

Can someone give me a detailed Example of the command to run NScripHelper.dll
I have tried: C:\"program files"\NextPVR\NScriptHelper.dll  -pending
I think I have installed .NET 3.5
Sorry that I am not much of a Windows programmer :-(

First your syntax is quite wrong use the Windows command as shown here https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/nscripthelper

"c:\program files\nextpvr\nscripthelper.exe" -pending

Running the dll and using the dotnet command would not be needed.

However you might need to use the exe from here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid575744 assuming you are using v6.

Yes, he will likely need that version, or specifically install the .NET v6 runtime.

Thank you Martin. I ran this command successfully. (Had to double quote the Program Files folder name)

c:\"program files"\nextpvr\nscripthelper.exe -updateepg

Now I need to study NScripterHelper details :-)

I've have need to run some V7 video files through FFMPEG after recording completion for re-muxing the file. I then need to rename the file and was using NScriptHelper.exe in "c:\program files\nextpvr" but only see NScriptHelper.dll.

After reading this thread, should I use the dll?

On Windows the exe is still in NPVR.zip

I found NScriptHelper.zip referenced in another post by sub. Inside it is NScriptHelper.exe. Can I use this version?

I cannot find NPVR.zip. It is not in C;\users\public\npvr.data or c:\Program Files\NextPVR.
