Hi,
I can't get my DVB-T2 tuner to read anything from 1 specific transponder.
The details are:
658MHz , Vertical on DTG-6 256QAM 32KE 2/3 40.2Mb/s DVB-T2 MPEG4

What do I need to put in my tuning ini to make it scan?

I've tried 1=1,658000,0,0,32 with no luck

Transmitter in question is this one with the other 2 frequencies working fine. https://ukfree.tv/transmitters/tv/Torqua...PGSTART10/

Thanks.

If you're able to capture a 1 minute full transport stream from this frequency, I'll try it here in my environment. Hopefully you'll be able to capture this with the evaluation version of TSCapture from https://tscapture.com

Put the file somewhere like onedrive or googledrive and let me know the download link.

Hi,
PM'd you the link. I took this capture from my WinTV Nova stick (DVB-T)
The tuner that won't scan that frequency is an Astrometa DVB-T2 stick. It's working great for other frequencies but refuses to scan this one. It was working until I removed and reinstalled NextPVR (clean install).
If I can't get it working, it's not the end of the world as I mostly record HD channels.

The Astrometa is a hybrid device with two tuners so it uses a combination of drivers and the Realtek driver does have a real problem on Windows.

I can't see how the Nova can capture DVB-T2 though. Your comment is a bit confusing since there seem to be mainly HD channels on DVB-T2 Do you mean you record SD channels?

Trying the transport stream here, the channels work fine in NextPVR, but the list of channels appears be from 634Mhz according to https://ukfree.tv/transmitters/tv/Torqua...PGSTART10/.

The Nova-TD stick is an older device and should only do DVB-T, not DVB-T2. I'm not sure about the Astrometa device.

Looks like windows/screwy drivers then. The DVB-T appears to grab a channel list from 658MHz but the DVB-T2 device will not.

I'll have to give linux a shot.

My plan is to ditch DVB-T entirely when I have the money and just use the TBS satellite card I have which is dual tuner but I only have 1 feed currently. Climbing up a scaffold tower and fitting a quad LNB is the plan.

Thanks for your time.

UPDATE:
It seems ukfree.tv is completely out of date.

The BBC lists channels 30, 31 and 37 for Torquay town which are 546, 554 and 602MHz. Changed to these and everything works just fine.
