Movie VOD Listings without movie title

Hi,

I reloaded my IPTV movie VOD URL after upgrading to the latest server application, but movie listings show numbers instead of movie title.  Please see uploaded VOD screenshot.

I suspect this has been fixed for the next release. The last release had a change to where it would get the name from IPTV streams. We've since decided this was the wrong thing to do, and have reverted that change. (that change had worked fine for some IPTV providers, but seems to give undesirable results like this for some others)

New release should be available this weekend.

Can you copy a line with the EXTINF row for a vod m3u file. I wonder if your provider is putting the imdb id in tvg_name for some bizarre reason

Yep that's it, my fault for the change, but that must be designed for a custom clien.

So do I wait till the weekend for the patch to be released?

There are more critical fixes so sub will need to decide.  Ideally you could talk to your provider and get them to change this obscure usage but they typically could care less.  

For now you could save the m3u to disk and edit it to globally change tvg_name to something tvg_ignore

Secondly, I could not play any VOD movie unless I download it. I get a aN:aN:aN movie time when I click on a VOD listing. Would the patch also correct this?

Unlikely but try my workaround and if it still fails upload the zipped log and we can check. It is not that efficient to watch them as live tv anyway and so you are better of downloading them anyway

Is it possible to upload a m3u file saved to the disk after editing? If yes, how can I upload the file.
