I'm getting a weird "double vision" type distortion only on the main "NextPVR" screen in the web client.  This is with Microsoft Edge browser.  If I use Firefox, it is not distorted.  I did not see this before the last update.  Sometimes I can fix it by restarting the service and sometimes not.  Windows 11 using Intel UHD Graphics 630.  I have not seen any video issues with other software.  Refresh does not help.

Are you talking the UI Client? If so we would need your zipped logs.

Well, I took a screen shot and it looks fine in Paint.  Don't get it.  BTW, all the other screens look OK (Guide, etc.).  I attached a log file if it's any use.

From your description, I suspect it's something your browser is doing with hardware acceleration in Edge, and it doesn't like something about this with your Intel UHD Graphics 630.

Ultimately NextPVR doesn't do any of the drawing in the browser. NextPVR is just providing some html, and the browser is rendering it.

Maybe try taking a photo using the camera on your phone.

OK, here is my attempt at pictures.  Not great, but maybe you can see what's going on.  This actually has little effect on me, so it's no emergency.  One other thing I did not mention is that my monitor is on 144 MHz refresh rate.

OK, I think I found it.  If you look at the "close up" I sent you, you will notice a white bar on the right of the screen.  This is the so called "side bar" which I never use.  I turned it off and presto, the problem with the NextPVR screen is gone.  There must be some issue with the intel drivers or my monitor that does not like that thing.  I'm not going to miss it, so I think we're good.  I'm not sure when it appeared, but I recently had an Edge update, so it may be new.  Can't say whether this would help anyone else or not.  You just click the "three dots" and scroll to the bottom and turn it off.

I think that your HTML is using that same space, thus causing craziness. It appears that the "list" of recordings goes into the same area of the screen. No response needed. Just so you know.
