EPG Apollo IPTV

I can't get EPG to work.  As soon as I try to import the EPG info, I get 0 updated, 0 inserted, 0 skipped.  Attached is log files.  Any help appreciated.

Did you use 'Import M3U' to import these channels, and did you enter the m3u and xmltv urls at that time, or did you try to add the xmltv url after?

On the Settings->Channels screen, what 'epg source' is listed next to your channels? xmltv or none?
