Is QSV = Intel Quick Sync Video? How do I enable QSV?
Under - Transcoder - Video Encoder - I only see: CPU, INTEL, NVIDIA, AMD, and D3D11VA.

Both CPU and D3D11VA seem to work (not freeze) the Web App. CPU currently uses maybe 60%.
D3D11VA uses less CPU (maybe 25%) and more GPU (3D maybe 50% and Video Decoder maybe 12%).

I'm invoking the Show Status and Web App (and earlier the Desktop App) via the NPVRTray.exe in the Task Bar.
I have not used NextPVRServer.exe via command line.

Intel actually means QSV However Intel cards can also use D3D11VA mode for HW transcoding, (which I called it D3D) so if that works, use it.
