Docker and Comskip

Anywhere to find updated info for getting comskip working. I've checked the wiki, but seems to be for a windows enviroment, and this is in docker on a linux box.

Sub's Docker doesn't provide comskip check the user builds and their maintainer might be able to help.

I've updated my image. If there is interest, I've been looking at updating the Comskip to the latest that might work better with ffmpeg 5.
