Have been trying to get 4-port diseqc working but channels are only found on Astra 19.2
Using GigaSystem 17/8 G switch with AA on Astra 19.2E,  AB on Hotbird 13.0E, BA on Astra 23.5E and BB on Astra 28.2E.
It goes through the motions of scanning all, but only shows Astra 19.2E channels. I have tried Tvheadend which finds all expected channels on all 4 satellites.
Hardware is i5 8-core CPU, OS is Debian 11.
Behaviour is same on Raspberry Pi Bullseye 32- or 64-bit versions.
Installation per https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=59390
Any pointers?

I don't think sub has a diseqc switch for testing with Linux testing so NextPVR might need further development on the non-universal model

You should probably include the zipped logs though to see if something stands out.

What should be the appropriate settings in nvpr.db3 in the DIGITAL_RECORDER and DIGITAL_RECORDER_LNB tables. Perhaps a manual edit of the database could provide a temporary fix.

Do you know how to manually do a scan with dvbv5-scan and tune with dvbv5-zap from the command line?

What Martin said will be helpful. You'd need to give us an indication how you can successfully scan with dvbv5-scan, and ideally tune with dvbv5-zap. NextPVR operates in a very similar way to these utilities, and from your example command lines, I should be able to tell why it's not working in NextPVR.

I had diseqc switch and access to multiple satellites in the past, which I was initially developing the original Windows stuff, but the more recent Linux stuff had a bit of guess work in this area, and may not be quite right. Editing DIGITAL_RECORDER and DIGITAL_RECORDER_LNB won't make any difference on Linux at this stage.

any update on diseqc topic?

i have similar problem with diseqc: astra 192 on AA,  astra 235 on AB, hotbird 13 on BA, thor 08 on BB.
scan usually finds at best only 60 channels on astra 192 (when i check tuner webinterface, i see it is online until those 60 are found, then shown as offline, despite nextPVR still reports scanning).
if i scan single sattelite on astra 192, it finds at best those 60 channels.
if i scan single sattelite on astra235, it finds nothing, and same for other single sattelite scans.

my setup is minisatip on telestar digibit R1 with 4 tuners, nextPVR Version: 6.1.1.221106 on debian bullseye amd64 with deb package, also tried on docker - results are similar.

same setup working just fine on tvHeadend.

logs attached.

Do a scan with more than one sateliite configured, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

it is bit inconsistent, each scan with different result

4 switch
1st scan produced cca 163 channels, but even though i hit save, none got saved.      https://1drv.ms/u/s!AodX_9D2gduagrficcKS...I?e=8dwhrl
2nd scan produced over 600 channels, but even though i hit save, only 1 got saved.  https://1drv.ms/u/s!AodX_9D2gduagrficheL...k?e=1HIjsZ
3rd scan produced 0 channels.   https://1drv.ms/u/s!AodX_9D2gduagrfic0vJ...c?e=rR7nqw

single satellite
19.2 astra produced over 700 channels, 328 got saved. when i try to play any channel, it does not work.  https://1drv.ms/u/s!AodX_9D2gduagrfidAPj...E?e=eiEcpj
