Thanks for confirming and helping with the testing. There is no CableCard (hence no guide) here in Canada plus I don't have a subscription so I missed a few things.

More than anything else what I want to see from ATSC 3 users on the Silcondust forum is the video and audio comparison in yauiclient.

Great, when you run ATSC 1 and 3 channels in multiple quadrants (ctrl-n) I'd be curious to hear if you are in the HEVC is better camp. Maybe post the video capture pngs that yauiclient makes too, I am curious myself.

I see a problem is there a way that I can disable Channels on tuner 2 and 3 of my ASTC 3.0 Tuner ? only tuners 0 and 1 are ATSC 3.0.

That is why I noted on the Silicondust forum that NextPVR is not Flex 4K aware. You need to manually delete them from the tuner it is a real nuisance too. My suggestion would be to use sqlite, if you know it I can give you some info.

Alternatively for testing change the Live TV priority to not reverse channel order then 0 and 1 will be used first. Also this patch might mask the problem https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid577728 Finally you can just disable tuner 2 and 3.

@mvallevand - I was looking for your video as I'm having a hard time following your directions.  Can you post the link to the video please?

The video doesn't show how to install it. What specifically are you having problems with, steps 1, 2, 3 or 4? Is hdhomerun.xml getting created?

I downloaded the HDHRGuide-Win.zip. This when to my download folder.  I unzip everything there.  Then which files do you want me to put in the C:\Program Files\NextPVR?  Then you ask for us to go to C:\Users|Public\NPVR-data\UpdateEPG.bat.  Create the file if it is not there.  Heck, I'm sure most of us, including myself don't know how to create such a bat file.  I just having a hard time knowing what goes where and esp. the bat file you want to create.  Sorry to be a pain in the A$$ about this.

Yes The files that are in the zip file need to go to "C:\Program Files\NextPVR"

There is a problem in my step 3, I changed it, the correct file is

C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data\scripts\UpdateEPG.bat

If you can't create batch file, this might not be the best utility for you, but maybe try this entire line into the start run command

Code:
cmd /c echo "C:\Program Files\NextPVR\HDHRGuide.exe"  C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data\hdhomerun.xml >> C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data\scripts\UpdateEPG.bat
