The full mux doesn't appear to capture all the stations,

I'm going to have limited capacity to look at this until next week. I've got renovations going on here, and I'm out of my home office for the week, and only have some of my equipment.

The bug seems to be in libdvbv5.so not NextPVR anyway just trying to see if we can figure out where.

Martin, sub,
it was a driver problem. I updated ddbridge driver for Digital Devices https://github.com/DigitalDevices/dddvb to 0.9.38 and the problem disappeared. The above mentioned function copies data from the device to a buffer and there was a correction for that in one of the versions between what is in kernel 6.1.0 and the latest release of ddbridge. Thanks for helping, Carsten.

Great. Indeed your full mux did scan in the same 7 channels ok (lots of duplication in the EPG though so not 7 different channels I guess) on my dvb-c tuner which would have pointed at your driver issue.
I can certainly see why you would like to see the equivalent of -F in NextPVR for faster scanning. There were a lot of found frequencies scanned. Martin |
