Hello,
I am using a IT9135BDA DVB-T USB TV Tuner on my windows 11 machine. When trying to scan channels on NextPVR It instantly says "Scanning: 683500KHz (7MHz b/w) (0 channels found)". I am able to use this tv tuner fine with some other programs.

When looking in the logs I noticed the following errors
  • FindFilterByName failed to locate filter: MainConcept (HCW) MPEG Multiplexer-Plus
  • MainConcept mux not present. Disabling analog support.

Is this an issue with my tv tuner or something else?

Something else. Send the zipped logs and we can help. That entry isn't relevant

Post the logs and we'll take a look. Did you try scanning 'Australia / All Regions'? Quite a few of the specific city lists have out of date frequency lists in Australia.

These messages are just saying some optional components required for analog TV support are not installed, so it's not going to look for analog tuners. You're using a digital tuner, so these can be safely ignored.

I used the 'Australia / All Regions' and the region for where I am both gave the same result.

It doesnt look like the Windows BDA drivers are properly installed for your tuner. Maybe try reinstalling them

I have tried reinstalling them multiple times. I was able to get the tv tuner working with dvbviewer on windows. I also got the tuner working with tvheadend on linux but tvheadend doesn't seem to be super stable.....

I'm not entirely sure, but your tuner might be one that needs the offset frequencies. See https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=63752 (offset is 125 in Australia)

I have a 'C:\Users\Public\NPVR-Data' but not a ' C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Tuning\DVB-T'

I managed to find the file and change the offset but it didn't fix the issue.

Also I watched a setup video for this device and the guy just loaded into nextpvr, didn't change anything and it's worked....
