Hello,
Tonight it came to my attention that this time it was my machine acting up.  My provider informed me that I was using more then the connections I was allowed.  I was not recording at the time between 9 to 9:30 pm.  When I rebooted the computer all connections went to zero.  This is now the second time happening on two different machines in different locations.  The logs provided are from after rebooting.  I hope these help.  If not the next time I will save the logs before rebooting.
THank you for you time.
Bruce

There is nothing in those logs that indicate you were using IPTV at all going back to 10am and your tuner is showing as not in use. There was an hour of Live TV with a UI client but it was OTA

In the past I think you ran multiple instances of NextPVR on other servers I'd check those too and any other clients you might use. Maybe you forgot to turn off 1?

If you can't think of anything else consider changing your password.

Martin,
I hear ya. I only have 3 servers for two other family/Friends. The two of them are not the issue this time. The first case was my mothers server causing the issue. Now this time Mine is the issue. It happened again just now. I went to each server and rebooted then one at a time till it came to mine. Mine was the problem child. I watched it in real time the connections go to zero from my IPTV provider. My server had no red EPG highlights indicating a recording was in progress.
I am at a loss.
If anyone has a thought I am all ears.
Thank you,
Bruce

I don't see logged errors but I do see the stream stop delivering data on live TV (which wouldn't show red in the guide)

2023-11-02 12:42:55.744 [DEBUG][38] stream@2 got zero bytes

No other thoughts if you aren't streaming live tv on any other server.

Thank you for looking, Lets talk about that stream which stopped delivering data. Could that have been my phantom stream? I just had one connection unaccountable at the time when I rebooted and then the connections went to zero.
If so what do I do going forward?
Thank you,
Bruce

It wasn't a phantom, it was being requested then stalled/ This condensed log shows the playback and the stalls pretty well https://pastebin.com/T200Waea

Sub will need to advise whether those could have resulted in extra streams opening, I think it is network/provider related but if they use load balanced servers there could be other issues.

Unlikely, it feels like you need a more reliable provider. Occasional zero byte reads would be relatively normal but not like you are seeing.
